How perfect are these pictures? They even have the same Napoleonesque body language. Here are some pictures of the opera maestro, Giuseppi Verdi, and Mr. Viggo Mortensen of the Lord of the Rings fame. Seriously, why isn’t Viggo playing Verdi in a movie somewhere? This needs to happen soon…what do you think?
I am so tired of Viggo Mortensen. I think he has had his time in LOTR, but he doesn’t even look like that anymore. I did see some of his post LOTR movies and I was very disappointed in his acting. And if there was a difference in his acting style between his role in A History of Violence and his role in Appalossa, it had eluded me. When the script calls for low key, he goes boring and cardboardish. I was not surprised when Willim Hunt (is that the right actor?) stole the show in his five minute appearance in A History of Violence. I couldn’t even finish watching Appaloosa. And Hidalgo was a joke. He just plays the same character over and over again. No passion. No emotion.
I wonder if the letter from Abigail, means that since she is so used to dead, stiff and cardboard.
she is addicted to Vampire movies. Make me proud and try to see an actor who is a perfectionist.
Come to life. It’s time to grow up.
